Why Use Your Own List Instead of a Generic One?
Generic grade-level word lists are useful for general practice, but they're not what's actually on Thursday's spelling test. A spelling test generator that reads back your child's real weekly list gives them practice that transfers directly, instead of practice on words they may never be tested on.
If you want to add a sentence for context, add it after the word on the same line, separated by a comma or a vertical bar. Words without a sentence still work fine, they just get read on their own.
